Benefits for Employees

All full- and part-time employees of Suwannee Medical Personnel are eligible to receive benefits, regardless of the number of hours they work. Because you care for our patients, we want to do the same for you.

Our benefits and other services are as follows:

• Group Medical - Currently, five PPO plan options to choose from on the CIGNA network
• Group Dental - Traditional dental PPO plans that cover extra cleanings per year
• Group Vision - Traditional vision plans with a large network of doctors and substantial savings on frames
• Life Insurance - Customizable plans with a “Return of Premium” option
• Short Term Disability - Fully customizable income replacement. Maternity leave included
• Accident Insurance - Pays cash benefits directly to you for off-the-job accidents. Cash Value or Return of Premium is optional
• Hospital Insurance - Pays cash directly to you in the event you are in the hospital. Initial hospitalization, daily hospitalization, surgery, ambulance, at-home nursing, up to Doctor visit benefits available in addition to Telehealth visits, Maternity leave included
• Cancer Insurance - Pays cash directly to you in the event of a diagnosis. Initial diagnosis, chemotherapy/radiation, travel, lodging, and more
• Critical Illness Insurance - Pays up to $30,000 lump sum Cash directly to you in the event of a heart attack, stroke, bypass surgery, and other life-altering events
